I am completely happy with Best laminate. Their prices and product are the best around. No one came close to the style of vinyl floor planking I had in mind for my kitchen. It was fast snd easy installation. My floor looks twice the size with the new beautiful vinyl flooring!
Decent material in the beginning, but but buyer beware, they will give you hell if you have a warranty issue and most likely deny it. Purchase a product from a company that will stand behind what they sell. Ive tried to get clarification and was only told "I misused/abused the floor" which is not the case
Took a shot in the dark ordering halfway across the country for pallets of laminate and underlayment from best laminate. Sure glad we did. Order arrived on time and in perfect condition. We bought roughly 1600 square feet worth, underlayment, quarter round and stair nose. The installer said we got a really good quality flooring and underlayment. We bought the laminate from the clearance section and got a great deal. It said it was in clearance because of possible smoke damage but there was nothing to be seen. Definitely recommend them and will use them in the future.
Although just now finished laying our luxury vinyl click-lock tiles, it appears to be a good product. The delivery was made in a timely way, and the flooring was in good shape; packed well and not roughed up. The price was very competitive relative to the product bought. The only problem was due to the larger size (12 x 24 inch tiles) that required a lot of cutting. Although I ordered 10% overage, pieces underneath the stove and dishwasher had to be pieced together meaning that they're not "clicked" together. I would recommend ordering 15% overage on this size tile unless your measurements are exactly what the tile measures when laid.
Best Laminate flooring is fantastic. We live in Colorado and every place I looked for flooring was crazy expensive. I stumbled on their website and found some even more discounted flooring from being in a warehouse “nextdoor” to a warehouse that had burned.. so they sold them because of possible smoke damage…crazy.. It’s perfect.. Never smelled anything and my floor installer was amazed!
We’re retired and on a tight budget. Bestlaminate helped to make our new floors in our new retirement cabin in the mountains happen!!! Definitely recommend!

I was very nervous ordering online from a place I had never dealt with, But Best Laminate came through!! I called to ask questions before ordering, very friendly, knowledge sales staff. Shipping was exactly as they had said, on time and very well packaged to prevent damage. Excellent product, cheaper than I could buy locally and free shipping to my door! Highly recommend!!
I needed to replace part (I thought) of 2 year old kitchen floor due to water damage. I had some leftover flooring from the original install but I ordered 2 more boxes from Bestlaminate, which arrived fast and in perfect condition.
Unfortunately, my installer found that all the flooring needed to be replaced due to poor subflooring condition and the wrong underlayment. I ordered 7 additional boxes and the installer was put on hold. I was worried but the shipment arrived super quickly! I was able to get the whole job done in one week. The incredibly fast delivery was crucial and much appreciated!
